When we disconnect from our body and sexuality, we often stop listening to the signals she’s sending. Through gentle somatic practices, you’ll reconnect with your Yoni, tune into her needs, and begin healing old wounds.

By strengthening your relationship with her, you build the safety and self-trust that form the foundation of a pleasurable and empowered sex life.

3. Learn to Love Your Struggles & Rewrite Your Story

When our body doesn’t feel or look the way we wish, or when shame arises, it’s easy to believe we’re not enough — that we need to “fix” ourselves to be worthy of love and pleasure.

But healing begins when we bring awareness to those beliefs and choose a new story. You’ll receive powerful tools and practices to transform limiting thoughts and associations around sex into ones that are loving, empowering, and true to who you really are.

1. Identify Your Blocks

Sexual blocks often stem from past experiences that caused the body to associate sex, pleasure, and desire with stress or discomfort. As a result, we can find ourselves in a fight, flight, shutdown, or freeze response. Together, we gently explore your unique relationship to sex, intimacy, and touch — and how these experiences have shaped your body, thoughts, and emotions. This is the first step toward healing and creating safety within yourself.

4. Explore Your
Sexual Longing

If there were no rules, no shame, no judgment — what would you truly long for in sex? Together, we’ll gently explore your deepest desires, needs, and what brings you joy, playfulness, and pleasure.

From that place, we’ll work on setting loving boundaries and strengthening your ability to communicate, so you can express your most authentic sexual self and stand fully in your power.

Q: I’ve never seen a sex therapist or sexologist before. What can I expect?
A: Welcome, lovely. I’m so glad you’re here. All sessions are held online, and we’ll meet on Zoom. I’ll send you a private link to your email about 15 minutes before we begin.

Everything you share is held in complete confidence — this is a safe, compassionate space just for you. We’ll start by gently exploring what’s been coming up for you, and I’ll ask intuitive questions to help me fully understand your experience.

Together, we’ll begin to uncover the deeper layers beneath the surface — connecting the dots between what you’re feeling now and its possible root causes. I’ll offer loving guidance, along with practices and tools you can explore on your own or with a partner, to support your healing and growth.

Q: What can I come to sex therapy for?
A: If something is getting in the way of the intimate, connected, and fulfilling sex or love life you long for, sex therapy can be a beautiful and supportive step. You’re welcome to bring anything related to sexuality — whether it feels emotional, mental, or physical.

Q: What if my partner doesn’t want to come to sex therapy with me?
A: That’s completely okay — you are wholeheartedly welcome to come on your own. Whether it’s just you or both of you in the space, our focus will be on your experience: how this is affecting you, what you’re feeling, what you’re longing for, and how you can begin to express your needs with more clarity and care.

When it comes to relationship dynamics, healing is most powerful when both partners are willing to show up. But even if that’s not possible right now, there’s still so much we can explore and shift together. You can bring the insights, practices, and tools from our sessions into your relationship and gently invite your partner to join you in the journey — in their own time.

At the heart of it, tending to your own sexual well-being is a beautiful and empowered step. And that alone can begin to ripple change.
